These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times at Fraserburgh Golf Club.
Payment
Fraserburgh Golf Club requests payment in full at the time of booking for all tee times.
Please note the full entry fee will be taken for Open Competition Entries.
For bookings we accept all major Debit/Credit Cards. Cheques should be made payable to “Fraserburgh Golf Club”.
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. If you book via telephone your credit/debit card details will be taken for payment purposes and will then be destroyed in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by contacting us by email, Bookings@fraserburghgolfclub.org or telephone, +44 (0)1346-516616.
In the event of a booking being cancelled, the club reserve the right to keep the green fee payable to cover administration costs when this occurs within 7 days of play. When cancelling outwith 7 days a full refund will be given minus any applicable Admin Charge.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may be offered an alternative date or a refund made to your credit/debit card.
